How long are your films?
Our highlight films range anywhere from 4 minutes to 12 minutes. Every wedding is different which means the amount of footage we capture can vary. weddings on the shorter end tend to be 4-8 minutes and longer days run 10-12+ minutes. regardless of the time, your day will be properly captured so you can relive it over and over.
How long will you film with us during the day?
All day! we want to make sure we capture everything and have the time to do so without rushing. this day only happens once so we want to make sure we're there to get every possible moment. Some days it only takes 8 hours, but other days it'll take 12+!
How long does the editing process take?
Editing is the most integral part of the entire process and great editing takes time. The last thing we want is to rush your film and we really want to ensure we give you the best possible product when we are finished. Depending on the time of the year, our films ARE completed within 2-3 months, but during busier times of the year it can be up to 6 months due to a heavy video back log. yes, that’s a long time, but each video requires a great amount of dedicated time and detail to make it the best it can possibly be. we promise - it’ll be worth the wait.
Will you get along with my photographer(s) throughout the day?
Absolutely! We love working with them and We come from the same background as photographers so we know how they work during the day. We are always very respectful of their space and will always ask if we need to move. as long as they can get their shots and we can get ours there will be no issues at all. we're here for the same reason and we're big team players! we’re lucky enough to call so many photographers are friends now!
What will you wear?
We always make sure to dress up in nice slacks/button up shirts, but if you have a beach wedding where we can wear shorts and flip flops all day THEN definitely let us know!
My venue requires my vendors to have insurance. Do you have this?
yes!
Do you direct us during the day?
EVEN THOUGH STEVEN SPIELBERG WAS my IDOL GROWING UP, i don’t have 15 hour days on set with time to set up big lights and run through rehearsals AND DO 50 DIFFERENT TAKES. Weddings happen organically and we do our job by capturing moments candidly and doing so when you least expect it. we believe the best moments happen when you least expect them, so why force it? So don’t worry; WE WON'T MAKE YOU walk down the aisle twice!
Do we supply food for you?
After being on our feet for CARRYING TONS OF CAMERA GEAR ALL day it would be greatly appreciated!
Do you require a deposit?
YES. WE REQUIRE A PERCENTAGE OF THE FULL PAYMENT AS A DEPOSIT WITH THE SIGNING OF A CONTRACT AND THEN THE REMAINING BALANCE ISN'T DUE until a week before your wedding.
